Return Policy

 We want you to be happy with your purchase.  We have a 7 day return policy from the date of delivery marked by the carrier.  All items must be unworn, all tags must be attached and in original packaging for a full refund minus the cost of shipping if applicable.

Any returns between 7-14 days, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to store credit.  All items must be unworn, all tags must be attached and in original packaging.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Sale items, Clearance, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Skin Care, Body Suits, Intimates, Swimwear are all FINAL SALE!

*RETURNS SENT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*

Customers are responsible for postage on all returns.

We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.  Any items to have been worn, altered or have had tags removed will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.  If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days, the item(s) will be donated to a charity of our choice.

 

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Please inspect items immediately upon receipt.  If you believe you have received a defective item, please do as follows:

  • Use your smartphone to take a picture of the defective or damaged area and email the images to MollysDryGoodsLLC@gmail.com
  • Indicate "DAMAGED" in the subject line
  • Include order number and the product name of the item

After your return is received and accepted you will receive your refund in 7-10 business days.
